Introducing Mock integration: generate API responses from API Gateway directly

Now you can use HAQM API Gateway mock Integration feature to publish APIs, and let other developers build apps even before your backend is ready. The mock integration allows you to use mapping templates to generate the output of your API method without having to communicate with a backend.
