HAQM Connect now supports seven new languages, including Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, German, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese. This update provides you with a localized view when accessing the HAQM Connect management console, as well as your HAQM Connect contact center instances. 

HAQM Connect is a simple to use, self-service, cloud-based contact center service that makes it easy for you to deliver more engaging customer service experiences. The self-service graphical interface makes it easy to design contact flows, manage agent utilization, and track performance metrics. Setting up a cloud-based contact center with HAQM Connect requires just a few clicks in the HAQM Connect console, allowing your agents to take calls within minutes.
