AWS has published a service level agreement (SLA) for HAQM EFS, which provides availability guarantees for HAQM EFS file systems.
AWS will use commercially reasonable efforts to make HAQM EFS file systems available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage, during any monthly billing cycle, of at least 99.9% (the “Service Commitment”). In the event HAQM EFS does not meet the Service Commitment, you will be eligible to receive a Service Credit as described in the HAQM EFS Service Level Agreement.
