AWS has published a service level agreement (SLA) for HAQM Kinesis Data Streams, which provides availability guarantees for HAQM Kinesis Data Streams.
AWS will use commercially reasonable efforts to make HAQM Kinesis Data Streams available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage, during any monthly billing cycle, of at least 99.9% (the “Service Commitment”). In the event HAQM Kinesis Data Streams does not meet the Service Commitment, you will be eligible to receive a Service Credit as described in the HAQM Kinesis Data Streams Service Level Agreement.
