AWS has published a service level agreement (SLA) for HAQM Kinesis Video Streams, which provides availability guarantees for HAQM Kinesis Video Streams.
AWS will use commercially reasonable efforts to make HAQM Kinesis Video Streams available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage, during any monthly billing cycle, of at least 99.9% (the “Service Commitment”). In the event HAQM Kinesis Video Streams does not meet the Service Commitment, you will be eligible to receive a Service Credit as described in the HAQM Kinesis Video Streams Service Level Agreement.
