HAQM RDS for Oracle now supports the January 2019 Patch Set Updates (PSU) for Oracle Database 11.2 and 12.1. Oracle PSU contains critical security updates and other important updates. Beginning with Oracle Database version 12.2.0.1, HAQM RDS for Oracle supports Release Updates (RU) in place of the PSU.
