HAQM Chime Voice Connector now supports inbound calling to United States toll-free telephone numbers. Customers with on-premises phone systems can reduce their inbound toll-free calling costs up to 50% with this Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking service delivered from AWS.
You can purchase new toll-free numbers or port numbers from your existing telephone carrier. There are no upfront fees or long-term commitments, which means you pay only for the voice minutes and phone numbers you use. There is no charge for simultaneous voice conversations or encryption.
United States toll-free numbers for Voice Connector are available today in the US East (N. Virginia) region. You can start using Voice Connector toll-free numbers by logging into the HAQM Chime console to purchase numbers and assign them for your Voice Connector.
