You can now assign AWS resource tags to HAQM Elastic Inference accelerators. Each tag consists of a key and an optional value, both of which you define. You can use tags to easily organize and identify your resources and create cost allocation reports, among other benefits. You can add or remove resource tags from Elastic Inference accelerators using API, CLI, or SDK.

HAQM Elastic Inference allows you to attach just the right amount of GPU-powered acceleration to any HAQM EC2 instance, HAQM SageMaker instance or HAQM ECS task to reduce the cost of running deep learning inference by up to 75%.

AWS resource tags for Elastic Inference are now supported in all the regions where HAQM Elastic Inference is available. To learn more about adding tags to Elastic Inference, please visit our documentation. See AWS Tagging Strategies for general best practices when using tags with AWS resources.
