Voicemail for HAQM Connect offers users an add-on voicemail solution that they can associate with their HAQM Connect instance. Customers start by deploying an AWS CloudFormation template to set up the architecture with necessary AWS services to provide HAQM Connect agents with voicemail features such as voicemail recordings and transcripts. The solution offers a visual interface for managers and administrators to configure the voicemail settings for the entire HAQM Connect instance and for each agent.
The solution deploys HAQM Kinesis Video Streams, HAQM Kinesis Data Streams, AWS Lambda, HAQM DynamoDB, HAQM S3, HAQM API Gateway, HAQM Transcribe, and HAQM CloudFront, and uses HAQM Cognito for authentication. To learn more about the Voicemail for HAQM Connect, see the solution webpage.
