HAQM RDS for Oracle now supports the management of diagnostic data with the Oracle Automatic Diagnostic Repository Command Interpreter (ADRCI) utility. If you have a support request, you can use the HAQM RDS package rdsadmin.rdsadmin_adrci_util to create the packages for specific incidents or problems to deliver them to Oracle Support.
