We are excited to announce that HAQM Rekognition Custom Labels now makes it easier and faster to deploy your trained models in Rekognition Custom Labels with a simple button click. Once your model is trained and ready, navigate to the model details page under your project, select the use model tab, and then click the Start button. No coding is required for model hosting.
Behind the scenes, HAQM Rekognition Custom Labels makes the API call to start hosting your selected model with the right ARN information. You can also select the number of inference units, depending on the throughput needs of your use case, via a simple drop-down selection menu. This simplifies your implementation, and you no longer have to worry about writing code to start or stop a model, and instead focus only on the code to detect the custom labels to address your business need.
This new feature is automatically enabled and available in all HAQM Rekognition Custom Labels regions. To learn more about HAQM Rekognition Custom Labels and region availability, please visit our documentation and region table.
