Today, we are announcing the launch of the HAQM Monitron Web App. The Web App joins the existing HAQM Monitron Android App and iOS App, giving customers more options for using HAQM Monitron. Customers can now use the HAQM Monitron Web App from their desktops, laptops or tablets to monitor equipment and receive reports on operating behavior and alerts to potential failures in those equipment. They can access the Web app in a browser by clicking on the HAQM Monitron project link that can be found on the HAQM Monitron console. To commission the sensors and gateways, users will still need the HAQM Monitron Android App or iOS App since the commissioning process requires their phone’s Near Field Communication (NFC) and Bluetooth (BT) capabilities.
HAQM Monitron is an end-to-end system that uses machine learning (ML) to detect abnormal conditions in industrial equipment, enabling customers to implement predictive maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime. It includes sensors to capture vibration and temperature data from equipment, a gateway device to securely transfer data to AWS, the HAQM Monitron service that analyzes the data for abnormal equipment conditions using machine learning, and a companion app for setup, analytics and alert notifications.
HAQM Monitron helps monitor and detect potential failures in a broad range of rotating equipment such as motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans, bearings, and compressors. HAQM Monitron Sensors and Gateways are available to purchase separately or bundled in starter packs on HAQM.com or with your HAQM Business account, in US, UK, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, and Canada. The HAQM Monitron service is available in the US East (N. Virginia) and Europe (Ireland) regions and you can download the HAQM Monitron App from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
