HAQM Connect Chat now allows you to configure timeouts for chat conversations between a customer and an HAQM Lex chatbot. This enables you to define how long to wait for a response from the customer (e.g. 5 minutes) before the session expires.
This feature is available in all AWS regions where HAQM Connect is offered. Click here to learn more about using adjustable timeouts for HAQM Lex chatbots in HAQM Connect.
