AWS Config now supports 18 new resource types

AWS Config now supports 18 more resource types for services, including AWS Device Farm, AWS Budgets, HAQM Lex, HAQM CodeGuru Reviewer, AWS IoT Core, HAQM Route 53 Resolver, AWS RoboMaker, HAQM Elastic Compute Cloud (HAQM EC2), AWS IoT SiteWise, HAQM Lookout for Metrics, HAQM Simple Storage Service (HAQM S3), HAQM EventBridge, and AWS Elemental MediaPackage.

With this launch, customers can now use AWS Config to monitor configuration data for the following newly supported resource types:

  4. AWS::Lex::BotAlias

  8. AWS::IoT::ScheduledAudit
  9. AWS::Route53Resolver::FirewallDomainList
  10. AWS::RoboMaker::RobotApplicationVersion
  11. AWS::EC2::TrafficMirrorSession
  12. AWS::EC2::TrafficMirrorTarget
  13. AWS::IoTSiteWise::Gateway
  14. AWS::LookoutMetrics::Alert
  15. AWS::S3::StorageLens
  16. AWS::Events::Connection
  17. AWS::EventSchemas::Schema
  18. AWS::MediaPackage::PackagingConfiguration
