HAQM DynamoDB zero-ETL integration with HAQM OpenSearch Service provides customers advanced search capabilities, such as full-text and vector search, on their HAQM DynamoDB data. With a few button clicks in the AWS console, customers can now seamlessly synchronize their data from HAQM DynamoDB to HAQM OpenSearch Service, eliminating the need to write any custom code to extract, transform, and load the data. HAQM DynamoDB zero-ETL integration with HAQM OpenSearch Service is now available for both HAQM OpenSearch Service managed clusters and serverless collections.
This zero-ETL integration uses HAQM OpenSearch Ingestion to synchronize the data from HAQM DynamoDB tables to HAQM OpenSearch Service. HAQM OpenSearch Ingestion is able to automatically understand the format of the data in HAQM DynamoDB tables and map the data to your index mapping templates in HAQM OpenSearch Service to yield the most performant search results. Furthermore, customers can synchronize data from multiple HAQM DynamoDB tables into one HAQM OpenSearch managed cluster or serverless collection to offer holistic insights across several applications.
HAQM DynamoDB zero-ETL integration with HAQM OpenSearch Service is now available in all the 13 regions that HAQM OpenSearch Ingestion is available in today: US East (Ohio), US East (N.
