By using serverless applications alongside existing HAQM Machine Images, ISVs can provide customers with solutions that are easier to use, more elastic, and more scalable. AWS Marketplace recently announced a feature that enables sellers to publish solutions comprised of AMIs and serverless applications that customers can deploy AWS CloudFormation. This makes it easier for customers to deploy software solutions, rather than ISVs packaging AWS Lambda code into an AMI or referencing their own HAQM S3 bucket.

HAQM EKS provides a Kubernetes management infrastructure across Availability Zones so you don’t have to manage a control plane or replace unhealthy control plane nodes. AWS Competency Partner XebiaLabs supports infrastructure provisioning and application deployment for many of the most popular AWS services, including HAQM EKS. They recently introduced a feature called DevOps as Code, which makes it even easier to migrate applications to HAQM EKS infrastructure.
