We announced Twelve New Instance Types for Elastic MapReduce. We announced the AWS April Webinars, With a Focus on Disaster Recovery. The AWS Application Management Blog listed Three Easy Steps to Enable Cross-Zone Load Balancing in Elastic Beanstalk. The AWS PHP Development Blog talked about Receiving HAQM SNS Messages in PHP. The AWS .NET Development Blog showed you how to enable Response Logging in AWS Tools for PowerShell. We announced new HAQM Simple Workflow Samples and Recipes for Ruby. Tuesday, April 1 We announced that the Memory-Optimized (R3) EC2 Instance Type Will Be Available Soon. The AWS Security Blog announced that HAQM Redshift has Successfully Completed the FedRAMP Assessment and Authorization Process. We announced that EBS Provisioned IOPS, EBS-Optimized Instances, and the M3 Medium and Large Instance Sizes are now Available in AWS GovCloud (US). Wednesday, April 2 We announced that AWS CloudTrail now Supports API Logging for AWS Direct Connect and AWS Elastic Beanstalk. We announced that AWS Elastic Beanstalk now Supports Ruby 2. We anounced that HAQM CloudFront Performance now Benefits From the use of EDNS-Client-Subnet. The AWS Security Blog detailed some important IAM User Sign-In Page Changes. Thursday, April 3 We announced that you can now Use Oracle GoldenGate With HAQM RDS for Oracle Database. I learned about the new AWS Architecture Blog, and the first post, AWS and Compartmentalization. We announced that AWS CloudTrail now Supports API Logging for Elastic MapReduce. Friday, April 4 This week AWS Marketplace added new products including Signiant Skydrop, Cornerstone MFT Server, CKAN, Domino2Go, and Xignite. Stay tuned for next week!
