Enterprise Connect 2025 – AWS End User Computing services for contact center agents

The AWS End User Computing (EUC) team is excited to be attending Enterprise Connect on March 17-20 in Orlando, Florida. Enterprise Connect is the largest communication, collaboration, and CX conference in North America, and a great opportunity for learning about exciting new technology while networking with others in the industry.

This year, the AWS EUC team is showcasing HAQM WorkSpaces Thin Client, a highly secure, affordable desktop solution for contact centers running HAQM Connect. WorkSpaces Thin Client helps contact centers improve security by ensuring data is never stored on local devices or removable storage, reduces end-user computing costs, and enables new agents to be up and running in minutes, ready to take their first call with HAQM Connect.

In addition, HAQM WorkSpaces, HAQM AppStream 2.0, and Connect are now Chrome Enterprise Recommended (CER) and were recently added to the CER portal—validating that these services are fully optimized for ChromeOS, ChromeOS Flex, and Chrome browser environments.

If you plan to attend this year’s event, be sure to stop by AWS Booth #505 and say ‘hello’ to our Worldwide Technical Leader, Stephen Stetler, to see a demo and learn more about AWS End User Computing services, Connect, ChromeOS device interoperability, and how these services can benefit your business.
