Deepdub’s AI localization tools unlock business opportunities for Paramount’s Ananey Studios
Scaling content globally is no longer optional—it’s urgent. Audiences expect fast, seamless access to high-quality content in their native language. Studios face rising expectations, tighter timelines, and increasingly complex compliance demands. Yet, getting content to global audiences—quickly, locally, and authentically—is harder than it looks. This is where AI is transforming the game.
Deepdub provides a Hollywood-grade AI-powered localization platform that enables content creators to scale across languages while preserving the creative integrity of their stories. Running on HAQM Web Services (AWS), Deepdub’s platform bridges the gap between creative vision and global reach—enhancing operational speed, reducing costs, and unlocking new monetization opportunities.
An AWS user from day one, Deepdub continues to expand its use of AWS services and solutions to evolve alongside industry trends. Nir Krakowski, Deepdub Chief Technology Officer, noted, “AWS has transformed our business operations, enabling everything from enhanced scalability to increased security and reliability in our deployments. We can innovate at a pace that would not be possible otherwise, especially in areas requiring high computational power and data security.”
Capturing nuance efficiently
Since its launch in 2020, Deepdub has partnered with major Hollywood studios and content producers to localize a diverse array of complex content, including films, documentaries, reality TV shows, and educational material. The company’s proprietary technologies (such as eTTS™ (enhanced Text-to-Speech), Voice-to-Voice matching, and accent control) ensure the preservation of emotional performances and the original tone of voice, authentically conveying sensitive dialogues.
“By combining AI and cloud capabilities, we’ve cut localization turnaround times by over 70 percent,” said Zivit Katz Benson, VP of Marketing at Deepdub. “That speed doesn’t just reduce costs—it makes high-quality dubbing viable for more titles, expanding opportunities for global distribution. This is key for content creators looking to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced landscape.”
Examining Deepdub GO
Deepdub GO is a virtual studio tailored for post production teams, recognized as one of the most advanced AI editing tools in the industry. Operating on AWS and built using AWS Amplify, this virtual studio offers advanced control for dubbing operations, supporting over 130 languages and dialects. It enables users to manage and scale their projects efficiently, ensuring rapid market entry without compromising on content quality or authenticity.
“The most crucial capabilities of AWS are its reliability and security features, which significantly reduce our operational overhead. Additionally, the ability to seamlessly scale services on-demand is invaluable,” said Krakowski. “AWS Amplify provides the robustness and extensive customization options, and we leverage AWS AppSync’s real-time updates to enhance our collaborative interfaces, making them more dynamic and responsive.”
Deepdub relies on AWS to securely manage and process large volumes of multilingual content efficiently. The global footprint of its AWS infrastructure verifies reliable access and continuous operation across multiple regions, enabling faster generation times and significant operational efficiencies.
Impacts on Ananey Paramount
Ananey, a Tel Aviv-based Israeli company and part of Paramount, uses Deepdub GO’s virtual AI studio to localize its Israeli-produced content for global distribution. A key application is the early production of multilingual trailers for smaller-budget Israeli titles, allowing the team to attract international distributors before full production is complete. Ariel Baril, Paramount’s VP of Technology for Southern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, highlights that this approach accelerates distribution deals and speeds up time to market. By efficiently adapting Israeli content for international audiences, Deepdub GO not only shortens localization timelines but also unlocks new business opportunities and improves decision-making processes.
Further innovation
Deepdub has introduced an API that delivers enterprise-grade AI audio, designed to scale and meet diverse needs across industries. This API gives users access to Deepdub’s emotive Text-to-Speech technology, enabling the creation of authentic, Hollywood-approved audio that resonates with global audiences.
Deepdub’s collaboration with AWS continues to strengthen with the recent signing of a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA). This agreement enhances Deepdub’s presence in the AWS Marketplace and broadens its global outreach, providing enterprises with the tools to streamline production processes and deliver high-quality audio content efficiently.
“This collaboration with AWS is a game-changer, helping Deepdub to accelerate the shift from traditional media localization to a comprehensive suite of intelligent voice solutions,” said Ofir Krakowski, CEO and Co-Founder of Deepdub. “We are excited to combine our strengths to provide content creators with innovative tools that are both scalable and cost-effective, paving the way for a new era in global media engagement.”
