Send text messages in HAQM Connect by integrating HAQM Pinpoint

Because HAQM Pinpoint is a member of the AWS family, you can integrate it seamlessly with other AWS services. In the past, this blog has looked at the process of integrating HAQM Pinpoint with HAQM Comprehend and HAQM Redshift.

Earlier this week, Michael Woodward, a Solution Architect here at AWS, published a blog post about integrating HAQM Pinpoint with HAQM Connect, our cloud-based contact center service.

Integrating HAQM Pinpoint into HAQM Connect lets you expand the capabilities of your call center systems in several interesting ways. For example, you can use HAQM Pinpoint to send more information after a call ends, or to send a link to an after-call survey.
