Intelligent Operations: Monitoring and Observability
Over the top (OTT) and direct-to-consumer service operators need timely monitoring data and comprehensive dashboards that provide actionable insights to enable efficient operations that scale to reach global audiences. Using AWS visualization services like HAQM QuickSight and HAQM CloudFront CDN, and by leveraging Common Media Client Data (CMCD) from HAQM CloudFront, streaming platforms can implement quality of service (QoS) dashboards providing operational end-to-end observability of their stream health. With the generative AI capabilities enabled by HAQM Q, natural language queries can be used to accelerate support engineers to troubleshoot playback issues.
This demo also showcases IMAX’s StreamAware™, an automated QC and QA software that lets video service providers deliver the best viewing experience more efficiently and cost-effectively, and StreamSmart™ which offers significant CDN delivery cost savings by reducing bitrates by 15%-25% without compromising video quality. This demo also showcases the use of MUX Data to gain meaningful insights into your videos' most important metrics.
