Scott Hsieh, also known as Shu-Jeng Hsieh, is a Lead Data Architect at 104 Corporation where he promotes, plans, and implements a lakehouse paradigm into 104 Corp. within hybrid environments to accelerate data engineering, data analysis, and data science.
Scott learned about AWS in 2018 and started to use AWS services systematically in 2020. He has been sharing content on dev.to and Medium for nearly 2 years and has been spoken at 19 events including AWS Summit Taiwan, re:Invent re:Cap, and DevAx::Alliance, mostly on data topics. He became an AWS Community Builder in the end of 2020 and was granted an AWS golden jacket in September, 2024 (all AWS-certified).
Additionally, Scott has created 5 CDK constructs for 5 programming languages which in total have surpassed 4M downloads. He is active in the AWS User Group Taiwan Facebook group, and enjoys helping people to grasp AWS services with ease and learning from experts across different fields. He is focusing time on LLMOps, generative AI, and containers currently.
