Paulo Cunha leads the Education, Healthcare, Government, Utilities, and Non-Profit Organizations business division at AWS Brazil and is a member of the board of MBC - Movimento Brasil Competitivo (Competitive Brazil Movement). He has over 25 years of experience in the Technology market and, before joining the AWS team, he worked at major IT players in the market. He graduated in Aeronautical-Mechanical Engineering from ITA (Aeronautics Institute of Technology) and holds a specialization in marketing and finance from FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation).

Dominic Delmolino
Vice President of Field Technology and Engineering
HAQM Web Services
Dominic Delmolino serves as the Vice President of Field Technology and Engineering for HAQM Web Services Worldwide Public Sector. In this role, he oversees the strategy and definition of AWS field technical offerings and activities that support public sector customers, while also advocating for AWS feature development on their behalf. Throughout his career, Delmolino has assisted both government and commercial clients in implementing cutting-edge solutions in data management, data analytics, and software engineering. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University and a Master in Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, Delmolino leads AWS public sector initiatives in cloud and emerging technologies, focusing on the deployment and configuration of responsible Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and enterprise Cloud-based DevOps architectures.

Level 300: Advanced
Sessions dive deeper into the selected topic. Presenters assume that the audience has
some familiarity with the topic, but may or may not have direct experience .
Level 400: Expert
Sessions are for attendees who are deeply familiar with the topic, have implemented a
