- All packages are from official Ubuntu repositories

- Connects to Let's Encrypt Certificate Authority (letsencrypt.org)
- Performs domain validation
- Obtains SSL certificates
- Automatic certificate renewal every 90 days

Searching for Feeds
This feature of the software makes the following external connections during usage: During search, the app connects to Social Web Cloud's search API endpoint: - the app sends the search term that was typed by the user to the search API - the search endpoint URL is http://socialweb.cloud/handleSearch
a) on the bottom of the screen find the magnifying glass and click to open the Search tab
b) search for a domain name such as "nytimes.com"
c) search for a domain name with keywords "reddit.com dadjokes"
d) search for mastodon with "mastodon.world meredith whittaker"
e) search for bluesky with "bsky.app gabrielle union"
f) click the slider switch to add a new feed subscription
g) make a subscription at www.Rss.app to follow users from X, Instagram and Threads

Manage Feed Subscriptions
This feature of the software makes the following external connections during usage: During the paste feed or page link step: - the app connects to the pasted feed or page link URL to find RSS feeds in the XML
a) click on the disclosure triangle at the top left corner of the screen to open the sidebar
b) in the sidebar click on "Feeds" to open the RSS feed sources dialog
c) paste a link to a web page to search for feeds on that page
d) paste a link to a RSS feed to follow the feed
e) unsubscribe from feeds by clicking the Remove button
- Add Muted Words
a) click on the disclosure triangle at the top left corner of the screen to open the sidebar
b) in the sidebar click on "Muted" to open the Muted words dialog
c) type a word and click "Save word" to filter out that word from your news feed
d) remove muted words by clicking the Remove button

Creating a Feed
This feature of the software makes the following external connections during usage: During the create-feed step - the app connects to Sendgrid or to Social Web Cloud's send-notification-email endpoint (default) - the Social Web Cloud send-notification-email endpoint URL is http://hendo.pythonanywhere.com/sendo - to switch to Sendgrid sending, add your own API key in the config.py file, and then run "service socialweb restart"
