Mostly feels unpolished, some quirks with some of the pages and weird behaviour (For example, requiring me to download the employees csv, edit it and re upload it to update the list employees)

It is automating and helping us to collect evidence for the audit

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale brought structure and clarity to what initially felt like an overwhelming process. Their approach was hands-on and pragmatic, they didn’t just hand us templates, but helped tailor everything to our actual workflows. The personal guidance and responsiveness of their consultants made a huge difference, especially when preparing for the audit.

It was a bit more work than anticipated/communicated. But that said, the Scytale team was open to feedback and helped us adjust things quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytalae helped us turn information security from a vague goal into a concrete, well-managed process. Before working with them, we lacked the structure, documentation, and internal alignment needed to meet ISO 27001 standards. They helped us identify gaps, implement controls, and set up repeatable processes that don’t just tick boxes—but actually improve how we handle data and risk.
The biggest benefit is peace of mind: we now have a clear security framework, know where responsibilities lie, and feel confident responding to security questions from partners and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Throughout our ISO 27001 journey with the team at Scytale we have received professional and knowledgeable guidance. We had to implement quite a few controls from scratch and the Scytale team provided us with ready to you templates and their integration with various tools allowed us to choose the correct support application to fill the gaps within our organisation. The platform is user friendly and details exactly what evidence is required to complete our audit.

The CS support on the GRC as a service package are really helpful and informative.
The platform is easy to use and self explanatory.

Notifications on the platform are a bit hard to track - I would add an "Action items" section so it would be easier to track tasks that we need to perform on our side.
