    1) ssh in using this command ( ssh -L 8888:127.0.0.1:8888 ubuntu@1.2.3.4 [replacing 1.2.3.4 with your own public IP ] )

    2) and then follow the terminal instructions AND access your jupyter on 127.0.0.1:8888
