Very easy initial setup from VM-based distribution, could be easier to keep up to date
What do you like best about the product?
Small, lightweight, but still has all the basics you need in a VPN solution, including options for MFA support like Okta
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping both the server & clients up to date can be a challenge. Both the Ubuntu and the ApplicationServer on the Unix VM are a bit tedious to keep up to date. Client updates will sometimes fail and require manual installation & reinstall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure VPN access with RADIUS authentication to local AD & MFA via Okta.

OpenVPN AS is a well-supported, robust VPN solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about OpenVPN AS is that it is pretty much literally a turn-key product. They have a virtual appliance available that works out of the box with NO installation, per se, required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of AS, however is that a lot of the detailed configuration and control options are only available via a command-line interface, which is not exactly intuitive. It is, however, quite well documented and there are numerous forums online where you can find how-to-do whatever it is you are needing to do.

Very good product with an easy step-by-step deployment guide
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sign-in and deployment using SMAL SSO make OpenVPN such an easy product for end users to provision their own VPNs with limited IT knowledge. Its ease of Azure deployment made the whole setup process a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it does support SAML, you still need to add the users manually (from my findings) to the OpenVPN server, it would be ideal if this pulled from the permissions on the enterprise app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexible VPN with ease of end user setup for connecting to Azure servers
