Reliable Load Balancing with Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly simple and user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, so setting up load balancing, SSL, and health checks takes just a few clicks. It saves time and doesn’t require deep technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
We run several Kemp LoadMasters at different locations, and the lack of centralized management can make it challenging to maintain consistency across deployments. It would be great to have a unified dashboard or management tool to handle multiple appliances more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kemp LoadMaster helps us ensure high availability and reliable performance for critical applications by intelligently distributing traffic across our servers. It also simplifies SSL offloading, which reduces the load on our backend systems and improves uptime. This has helped us deliver a more stable experience to users while reducing manual intervention and troubleshooting time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy deployment and implementation, bunch of features, good costumer support and in global good product for the value

Difficult to find a partner to buy the product in Spain

We needed a product to use as Load Balancer with not much traffic. All other products where expensive for our needs, and open source products did not match all the requirements. LoadMaster fits all our needs
Simplified interface but big features and reliable service that can be trusted

Simple to use and informational reporting. Rock solid performance. Good support when needed. Flexible deployment options. Upgrades go smooth even in high availability pair. Auto SSL integrated. Easy to deploy in stand alone, HA pair, or multi-network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a graphically advanced interface compared to other more costly alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Load distribution for high load web traffic like web hosting, and failover for always available services like dns/ldap/smtp.
Fantastic product and a great replacement for the Citrix adc

The logging system is functional but not as intuitive or feature-rich as some competitors. Deep traffic analysis or real-time analytics often requires exporting to external SIEM tools.

Applications were vulnerable to outages due to single points of failure or uneven traffic distribution.

As a customer, our experience with the Kemp LoadMaster LMX15 has been very positive. The product is stable, easy to configure, and delivers consistent performance. While our overall experience has been very positive, one area for improvement is the user interface, which could benefit from a more modern design and enhanced usability in some advanced configuration menus. Additionally, firmware updates occasionally require planned downtime, which can be a minor inconvenience in high-availability environments. However, these are relatively small issues compared to the product’s reliability and support quality.

Simple UI and starts ready to use. Also cheap

The product is very weak about WAF. Also every year we get security breaches warnings etc. It is not a good experience for customers

The renewal was sorta difficult to process because it didnt follow the typical flow of other renewal orders I work on.
