Acumatica - Configurable, Flexible and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica gives you tools underneath the hood to configure a broad level of business requirements without coding
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides to share at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process flow automation, matching supply to demand, business performance insights, shared data views.

easy to learn and to use and to train new team members
What do you dislike about the product?
not sure if this is a set up / implementation issue but our remittance advices don't go anywhere and our NACHA files don't include vendor reference number which is the vendor invoice number so no wonder the vendors set can you give me a remittance advice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not using excel for because we have a robust erp that can automate reporting
Organized, friendly staff, all-inclusive
What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop and well organized. The staff has been very freindly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Walking, it's difficult with someone of my age to get around easily. But it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use is primary. Dashboards help with day to day business. We still have a long way to go.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica makes it really easy to stay cordinated throughout our company in all the departments. It is very easy to set up views (GI's or dashboards) that surface exactly the relevant data.
The extensibility and open interface designs allow for a very granular control with AI in the future. This has been demoed, and it is exciting to have a solid foundation for the future.

Most of our pain points are on the roadmap to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles all of our business. GL, AP, AR, Service Orders, Appointments, PO's, Inventory, Quotes...

Nothing to dislike. Working on leveraging all that is offers which is a time consuming process, but that is to be expected.

Streamlining construction accounting, integrating with our project management erp, procore to ensure data accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and quick with being in the cloud. It also allows us options for development to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inquiry into Acumatica didn't give options for a partner, just sent us one. Would of liked options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchase order process was a huge improvement from paper copies. Another big improvement was going paperless with our AP process.
Acumatica is highly customizable.

Acumatica has a larger community than any other ERP. It is easy to find help online.

The format is plain. Icons could be more inspiring.

Understanding the structure was a little complicated at first.

Better follow up of project cost and forecast as well as time entry
Extremely easy to customize
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is extremely easy to customize especially with no and low code customizations. While more complex customizations cna be made non-developers can easily customize areas of the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Acumatica fixes a bug that we have been using because the functionality matches our business cases. In that case we are required to recreate the bug's functionality. More effort should be taken to ensure fixes these bugs won't break the system for current users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has streamlined our manufacturing processes.
