Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Customization ability with no or low code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The wms module is lacking for versatility.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has transformed the way we have been able to report data in our manufacturing business, track inventory, and better complete workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions, such as the freight cost column, isn't functional. It doesn't report anywhere as revenue, on the GL, it's doesn't have any functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to stay in compliance, tracking inventory properly, creating more structed workflows, PO matching and direct linking to AP bills.
Decent system
What do you like best about the product?
Inventory replenishment works well with mark-for-po and prepare replenishment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow performance. Some transactions, like generating an invoice, takes longer than it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking sales orders to purchase orders creates good visabity.

Acumatica seems very focused on customer feedback to build a better product for its customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Acumatica is customizable, the core business concepts can be limiting without customization. Extensive customization can create other concerns with upgrades, etc.

Acumatica has brought our accounting into the modern era.

Acumatica's future road map includes AI integrations that will help users communicate with developers more efficently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that you have to create a GI for everything. I would love to create GI's or Dashboards using SQL sqripts in the system.

Some of the reporting doesn't pull info that I need.

The current payment connector we use, EBiz but I'm super excited about Acumatica payments.

Acumatica has the potential to help our business scale because of the availability of the data we need at our fingertips.

We are new to acumatica and have not yet gotten to the depths of customization that I might want. Hopefully we get to a point during customization that I don't find something it cannot do.

So far it is solving the ability to integrate our construction project management software to the ERP and get the data we need in both places
