The most helpful thing about Acumatica is the wide range of community support and documentation available for customizing and adding onto your Acumatica instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, Acumatica provides a strong baseline for customizing, however, fits your business needs, that customization is required and important for it to run smoothly with your business. You will need to spend time and effort adapting the ERP to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps solve the problem of handling large operations and processes at scale. This allows us to pay more attention to the unique and custom used cases that arise in the business.

Easy to use, Accurate and Fine Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The support we've received is just top notch, honestly better than any other software I've worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processes can be a bit granular, however I feel like safety measures in place are often for the best even if they can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has streamlined our AP and AR functions across our company. Prior to implementation, we used several different softwares that did not integrate fully, which made for a lot of ad-hoc and manual reporting.
