What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive for users, great out-of-the-box functionality

No downsides so far, it's going well in our business.

Users our able to better support our customers because the day-to-day information that they need is so easily accessible to them.
Great SMB ERP that is paving the way forward
What do you like best about the product?
Transaction based pricing allows better penetration within a company, enabling people to communicate with the spine of a business, the ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is more work to do on back-end optimisations. Especially with the fact that more and more companies are mocing from on-prem. The cloud can lag behind so any laz loading or pre-caching will help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're moving from an archaic on prem ERP to Acumatica so we're looking to see where we can leverage the ERP more than we're used to

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to configure and customize data views and format the system to fit the needs of our specific company
What do you dislike about the product?
The purchasing module of Acumatica along with inventory forecasting leaves something to be desired as it fails to include kit components and is difficult to configure

Acumatica is solving our systemic data problem within our organization as it allows customized views of all data to fit our needs and help us to grow our organization.

New to Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
The incredible customization that is possible really is exciting for when I get up to speed. I was in the Hack-a-thon and the amount that was able to be accomplished by a few motivated is really inspiring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit overwhelming but that is just a testament to how much it can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing customization may be the biggest plus. It is great that there are different vendors that can help but to also do it internally is pretty awesome.
Acumatica ERP is a great product and suits the needs for our business.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Acumatica is the ability to create inquiries, dashboards, and reports with ease. Th o-data functionality has helped staff analyze information from excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The area that we dislike the most is the functionality around about MRP. I think it could be much better.

The ability to capture data in all modules. We use the data to make better business decisions.
Acumatica: many features & solutions
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Acumatica is the connection with velixo that automates many of our spreedsheets and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most user friendly to begin with. There could be other formats for training material.

Acumatica holds a lot of our data and corresponds with our reporting.
Helpful but Needs more Product Pricing Features
What do you like best about the product?
Product recipt and selling process is easy to use. I enjoy the ability to run reports quickly and pull data accuratly.
What do you dislike about the product?
product pricing functionalisty is lacking. We need the ability to use the daily average cost plus a markup for product pricing. currently you can only set markup pricing at a point in time vs letting if adjust as the daily avg cost adjusts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its making our selling process easier.
Acumatica is amaizing
What do you like best about the product?
All departments can have the data as they need at the time they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of Acumatica is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helped us to stop using excel to recreate reports. Now we can have seamles integration and live data in any department.
