Awesome Summit! Great sessions and lots of learning available.

It's web based and can access with any internet device.

Still early with my use, but do like all functions.

Acumatica is helping set inventory levels where we need them.

What do you like best about the product?
simple UI for desktop application. easy to teach my team how to use the system. we went live 10/1/2024 and the implementation went very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile application for the field techs is too busy, i wish we had a way to reduce the informaiton to just what they need without custimazations

we are now in one system and it's streamlined with our inventory and accounting

probably the using the module to give accces to users and how much detail needs to go in there to make sure users have everything they need

The Customizablty of acumatica is somthing that others are laking

Ui is a bit outdated (but they are working on fixing that), upgrades can be a lift.

Web Based and easy to access from multiple devices

Screen sizing doesn't look on Chrome and requires constant adjusting

MRP funtionality in one platform, instead of multiple databases
Review of Acumatica ERP from a retail user
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I like, however the flexiablity of the software is nice. The software can be cutomized to fit a user need. The open platform let data come in and out easily whichi is helpful in this user driven age.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounting modules can be too restrictive. Example can't add an PO number to an invoice after being released. The ongoing costs to upgrade is something to be mindful of. This is a hidden cost.

Centralizing business data and helping us create internal processes.
Forward-Looking SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Acumatica for about 4 years, and this is the first year I've attended the Summit. I'm glad I did because I can see the product roadmap and Acumatica's committment to continuing to upgrade their platform to make it more efficient, extensible, and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some straightforward video-based courses for tech-savvy admins... people who are not quite developers, but who might need to customize their Acumatica instance to fit business requirements. Other platforms have simple scripting languages (e.g., NetSuite: node, Odoo: python) - the ability to quickly deploy complex logic to processes would be very helpful... c# is not as popular and there is more of a barrier to entry with Visual Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica's Generic Inquiries are quick powerful and allow me to write complex queries in a few minutes... this is not possible in NetSuite Saved Searches, and it's such a welcome feature for reporting and ad-hoc requirements.

We currently use Acumatica for Global Financials and love the ease of use and how easy it is to learn.

GI's are not very easy to build if you do not have a developer mindset.
