Acumatica has all the data at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
VARs aren't vetted well enough before they are allowed to market implementations..

All My Data in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is that all the data is fully integrated between modules and updates seamlessly. There's no API that have to be configured and retested. This integration makes it very easy to use for multiple user levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Field Service module does a great job of handling our data, but can use some enhancements. I would like to be able to allow customers to track their technician that has been dispatched to them house.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is helping me solve my job costing problems. Prior to Acumatica, I did not have reliable information to make informed decisions. The other problem was data tracking. The platform gives us place to store all the data we can for KPI and related information. The reporting features have been great for our CEO as well as field crew foreman.

It has increased our efficency with automatyion. It has also provided better data analysis and decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Fully integrated financials with time and expenses management. Unlimited user licensing means that all members of the team get meaningul access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mobile application is looking dated.

Streamlined billing of customer projects now takes much less time with far fewer errors making their ways through to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is easy to use and across our group of busineesses and gives us total visibility of where we are through the month on all our ptojects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to the new UI and calandar boards. I hope this brings a more modern look to the mobile app.

Acumatica allows us to manage our customer projects and understand our financial position through the month to manage our output and delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology platform is the best out there. The business processes in our edition (Construction) has a ton of features out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! We have only had to make minor changes to make it work for us.

Connector is coming together for ecommerce. Inventory challenges from a retail angle is also being considered.
