Tough start but seeing the benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is constantly updating and really takes the customer responses into account. I like the ability to create generic inquiries - it is very useful to have the data we need displaying in a user friendly way - with links to other data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have line discounts and group discounts - the way the group discounts have to viewed on another tab is annoying. Also, if someone enters a manual discount - they have to turn off the group discount on the other tab - we have had a couple of customers be undercharged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have finally been able to implement MRP on Acumatica - we were never able to get it done in our legacy system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use as a end user. The search functionality is great as well as the hyperlinks in various places. This ERP has lots to offer then my legacy system. I am still in the process of the implementation but from what I can see I am really excited for what it has to offer and other functionality that I didn't realize would be available in an ERP
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently can't find anything that I dislike. I love that it can be customizable to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A better UI then my legacy system. A better search functionality.
Easy to learn even for less advanced computer users
What do you like best about the product?
I love that so many of the tabs look and act similarly. If you know how to do something in one module, other modules are easy to figure out.

Still trying to find what I don't like about Acumatica.

Billing, lot tracking and inventory controls.
Acumatica has improved my user experience 10 fold over our previous software

University needs to give more instructional videos

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how the generic inquiries help me pull data and create outputs for other business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find something I dislike. It is head and shoulders above our previous ERP system.

Acumatica is helping us tie our various business units together so data is available across the units and we can implement cohesive and comprehensive solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Acumatica software is the first cloud based software we implemented.

Necessity to use a consultant to make changes on most customizations

Allowing field technicians to see real time date
