What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place! Ease of use.

A lot of clicks to get to data details; looking for payment reference when in AP bills.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user friendly and just about all of the information can be exported into excel or PDF.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's limitation to configure fully to our POS system.

It is very nice how our retail, B2B and manufacturing can all connect as one. Very easy to use.

Currently processing orders is more cumbersome but we are looking at implementing a POS system through Acumatica to help with that

It is more of a one stop shop for our company between all areas in our business

I love the usability and the fact that users are unlimited

some of the functionailty that is critical to our field services is not fully built out

We have several companies so the ability to browse from one company to another in the same interface is huge
cant believe how big the turn out and community is here.

Customization compared to old system. Our old system is archaic

Adds some steps of operations. While efficient, end users complained in the beginning

Data capture, better financial tracking and reporting, better WMS options.
Implementation Process
What do you like best about the product?
Our parent company is currently using Acumatica, we are in the implementation stage. The ease, navigation and functionality is impressive and looking forward to improved business efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not an auto save feature. Coming from NAV this has been a hard transition during training.

We are just getting used to the functionality
