Acumatica makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica can connect to anything via API - it's a highly integratable system, which makes it fit well to nearly any kind of business. Combined with it's ease of customization, it allows tech teams to fit the product to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the API doesn't match what happens on the screen one to one. However, we've typically been able to work around those things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has helped us automate away manual processes, and provided a great foundation to build and scale our large and rapidly growing business.

The platform-based nature of Acumatica is one of its shining and foundational components. The foundations of the product allow it to rapidly adapt and remain a modern ERP option. Data is accessible and secure. Customizations are also easily achievable.

Consistency across certain functions can be quirky. In the end, functionality isn't a concen.

Generic inquiries are great for data exports but could use enhancements to further analyze data.
