Excellent SMB backup utility
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive solution with a lot of capability, but a very short learning curve. Integration with multiple Cloud providers is straightforward, and configuration of the utility is well-guided by their wizards. Yet the application does not leave you feeling like it's lacking in features. The GUI has been well-designed to provide all of the critical information readily, and I never feel like I need to hunt for basic status details like whether any errors were encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a tier between Server and Ultimate. I need more than 1TB of management for our office File Server, without the SQL and Exchange support.
Because the wizards are very good the documentation is minimal, and so answers often require going to the forum or support. Support has been excellent, but it is valuable to have that maintenance coverage and not try to get by on forums alone if you have critical services using the service.

off-site archival of critical company back-ups.

Personal backup made it easy and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the tool and functions are pretty impressive. Integrated with so many storage system they will have the one you use right now.
It monitors files in real time, so you don't really have to worry about scheduling jobs to backup your data.
Even if you are a basic user, you will understand how to setup things quickly for your computer, but it also allows you to tweak settings if you know what you are doing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation on amount of data you can backup with the free versions, and it's very expensive to upgrade for a personal user.
When using with Backblaze B2, you have to create multiple "account" for each buckets you use. Could be a bit time consuming to setup but on the other hand it does make sense as it allows you to change the "Backup Storage" without changing the actual settings for the backup itself.
I would love to see some "local to local" backup options to synchronize multiple computers in one place within the network so that I don't have to use other software to do that.
Also, being able to backup a mobile device would be great. The idea is to just have one software for everything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just need to backup the data in the cloud, and archive things in case of failure of a computer or hard drive in the home network.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out on the data limitations when backing things up. You could end up trying to backup Terabytes of data with the free limited version and so realize that you wasted your time because it cannot backup everything you need.
solves my problems!
What do you like best about the product?
TONS of options, configurable, fast, works with multiple providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - interface can be cluttered a little bit but that's mostly a function of it being very modular and (hopefully)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linux client was important to us, as well as being agnostic to which cloud provider was used.
Good option for migrating Crash Plan users
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to use my HAQM Drive. I mainly back up pictures, which do not count towards my storage space on HAQM Drive. Then I can use any of my mobile devices with my HAQM apps installed to access the data. This is a perfect solution for me since CrashPlan shut down their home edition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really found anything that I want to be different so far, but I've only been testing it for a few days testing one backup from my Drobo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the other home use or cheaper back options did not allow to backup a NAS. Considering I need this to back up a large amount of pictures (+1TB) on a Drobo, using CloudBerry and HAQM Drive is a perfect combo
Reliable and no-fuss backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
I recently found myself having to find a new backup solution for my family, due to CrashPlan stopping their 'non-business' offering. After having looked at the various options, CloudBerry Backup really stood out among the pack. The interface is simple, yet very powerful and allows me to fine tune my backups just how I want them. Another feature I really like is the ability to retain deleted files and versions indefinitely. Finally, the product is storage provider agnostic, meaning that I can switch to a different storage provider in future if required; currently I'm using BackBlaze B2.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to dislike about the product. However, if have to be critical I would say that it would be useful if the 'Backup Storage' view within the product was able to 'hide' deleted files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long term backup and retention of important files for my family owned PCs
Works well and i like it
What do you like best about the product?
Easily set backup plans and let it do its thing. Also once off pricing is a welcome, would not have gotten it otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The somewhat arbitary 1TB backup limit but it seems this can be increased through a request n their website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up mission critical and priceless information that cannot be repplicated if lost

Cloudberry Backup for the PC
What do you like best about the product?
Supports a multitude of cloud providers. Also has a continuous back option. It just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally non-responsive in Windows 10 - never crashes but occasionally need to be patient!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Off site backup of Windows 10 PC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a go - they have a free trial options - nothing to lose!
Great Solution for Cloud Backup
What do you like best about the product?
As you can use amazon S3 you only pay for what you use, rather than other solutions where you pay a fixed cost even if you don't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, its easy to setup and use, was up and running in minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes the challenge of managing backups.
Easy to use application, very flexible and a great big bundle of features!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there are SO MANY different Cloud providers supported on the back end. And also that you can choose to provide your own encryption key to safeguard your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small complaint, and it may be my setup, but I don't see a system tray icon option for quick access to the Backup software (granted - I am only trialing the free version for now) Other than that - no complaints so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the 3-2-1 backup problem quite nicely with it's "hybrid" backup arrangement. Just what I wanted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out its features and its wide breadth of back-end Cloud Providers....I think its unmatched!
Good backup product
What do you like best about the product?
Great backup product for the price that makes cloud backups a breeze. No other product gives the same choice of cloud storage providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 1TB limit on some of their products are unnecessary and in my opinion deters many possible clients. I cannot understand the reasoning for that and I think they are shooting themselves in the foot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Household cloud backups.
