Excellent Security Solution
What do you like best about the product?
We recommend WatchGuard as our security partner for the solution stack that they have to offer. The flexibility from small to enterprise solutions are the key features we are always looking for to offer our clients
What do you dislike about the product?
We are currently not loving the software stack between 2FA / MFA and EDR offerings that would allow us to complete a single source solution like Fortinet and Cisco have to offer that work better and is more competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The networking solution security has worked very well for the past few years for us as a single stop for proper secure firewalls and network security. The MSSP offering has worked very well for us.

What do you like best about the product?
1. It helped to manage the load with multiple ISPs for seamless connectivity of the internet
2. Port and Internal forwarding is very simple and effective
3. Log viewer is very clear and can easily check the traffic and find the specific activity
4. Proxy setup provide complete control over the internet for the LAN user traffic
5. Single sign-on option providing hassle-free authentications

What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard with a Graphical interface can be incorporated
Mobile device management can be included from the basic box
The physical view of the device can be integrated in the web console to manage from outside of datacentre
A secondary power supply option can be integrated to provide a redundant power source for the device

easy to use, robust and safe
What do you like best about the product?
the system is intuitive, easy to use and user-friendly. however, it is a powerful, safe and effective tool for applying security measures. I have been administering the device for 6 years and to this day it has performed up to the required standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing particular, so far my biggest frustration with the system has been at the level of documentation available on the web, but nothing that I could not solve with support.

Rock Solid and Constantly Evolving
What do you like best about the product?
The automation behind their systems allows me to take holidays or time off without fearing the worst and their stability and redundancy options offer peace of mind when things do go sideways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rollbacks aren't uncommon and the need to update a recently updated system can produce issues but I have yet to encounter one that brings everything to a halt. I would caution early adopters to wait at least 3 weeks before updating.

We are able to segregate our older hardware and software and limit internal access with policies as well as limit external access to the web - allowing us to maintain deprecated systems with minimal risk to us and our users.
