The anomaly detection alert by email a few hours after the issue occurred.

PCI requirement provided by Coralogix, no need to maintain our logs.

More than just an ELK stack
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup. Can easily integrate with our heroku instance
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's a hosted product, I don't have control over retention limits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance monitoring and optimization is our primary use-case. We aggregate our job-logs and look at things like job duration. We also use the tool to surface errors caused by customer misconfiguration
VFM Logs Solution with Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is an excellent product with fantastic VFM. We use it mainly for logs + monitoring (raise an alert when X specific records appear)
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There are some minor bugs in the UI
2. Live feed is on a different screen
3. There is no auto-scroll - you need to go page by page when searching logs.

Coralogix helps us to understand the impact and severity of bugs (e.g., in how many devices the error occurred).
In addition, we use it for monitoring (raise an alert when some log appears, etc.)

Coralogix is helping me solve monitoring and collecting logs of all kinds and sources to one centralized location for all the infrastructure

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing support, very helpful and they never let go of a problem until it's solved. The product itself is easy to use and yields good insights plus it has great performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some bugs that should be worked out and the permission system is not as fine-grained as I would like it to be.

Finding production issues, solving bugs in production, finding new bugs in QA.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the way real issues become evident in the sea of information that we push to this system: irregular errors, problems across all environments in one platform. This platform helped a lot with the entire R&D's productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do love the product. If I had to point anything out is that the massive new features/UI updates are sometimes overwhelming, and you have to find where it's located now.

We are pushing to the system our entire QA and Production logging from all applications, and it helps locate production/development issues, service degradation. We also use it for auditing purposes.

work good and hard of your application logs and try to have a solid schema as much as possible, and also use tags, don't forget to add version and environment tag to every log

Honestly, the #1 feature is their amazing customer support! They reply online in less than a minute, so you can get answer and solve all your issues in real time. Also their on-boarding process is outstanding tailor made for your needs.
And of course the product itself which provides a faster search experience than native Kibana, but still have the option to use the good old Kibana that you have used to including all the dashboards.

Anomaly detection didn't give us enough value so we can use it on day to day.
