What do you like best about the product?
1. Having great features with various options like charts, tables..etc
2. The computation of large data and representing on dashboards with very minimal latency and higher performance
3. Design of dashboards with set of widgets
4. The support from Sisense team is extraordinary
5. Embedding the dashboards to our customized UI
6. Users and roles management is excellent incase of multi tenant environment

What do you dislike about the product?
1. More dependency on sisense team about configuration changes and sisense scripts
2. Issues while upgrading from one version to another version (Formule which are working on old version, sometimes doesn't work on newer version)
3. Expecting some support whenever required on customized features

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is helping to build set of dashboards with stunning visuals using the client data to analyse their spends and providing inisghts to them to save their spends.

there is room for improvement in terms of documentation

Our customers use sisnse notebooks and dashboards.
They able to query our database in a secure way, and build dashboards that they can use for different purposes, like create summaries, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the BI tool for close to 4 years now. What has distinctly stood out is the ease of use and simple design standards. The product is not complex and that's also the biggest plus

Sisense is basically helping us measure and track a bunch of key KPIs and check metrics for at a product and business level

Fusion for the win
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense Fusion is great. So easy to use and need to have SQL knowledge. In customer success this is great and you can get valuable insights into your customers data to show value of your product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periscope can be harder to use. I dont know SQL so building custom reports is hard as i need thr data team to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fusion allows me to answer ad-hoc questions from clients. It benefits me by allowing me to look like a professional!

RAPID BI helps companies maximize value from their data, and we have found that Sisense is a key technology in achieving that.
Sisense is extendable and flexible. If you have requirements that are not available out of the box, there are almost always ways to achieve them.
The data connectivity and embedding options are extensive, allowing you to seemlessly embed alanytics into your product or platform.
Sisense allows the use of JavaScript to drive custom behaviour at a widget or dashboard level, and the python integration opens up data enrichment capabilities. Partner businesses such as RAPID BI can advise clients on solutions, best practice, and/or to deliver analytics to allow you to focus on your core business.

In most cases, where I have seen a negative review on G2 relating to Sisense, the issues raised are things that RAPID BI could have assisted with and could have provided solutions for. It is clear that with all the power that Sisense delivers, you can best set yourself up for success by engaging with an experienced and high quality sisense implementation partner, who is focused on ensuring your success.

We are grateful for the ability to produce reports that are tailored to our specific parameters and needs. These reports are highly informative, and we particularly appreciate the availability of diverse filters that enable us to refine and identify the exact statistics or figures we require.

I have not come across any negative aspects so far. Our organization extensively utilizes the reporting feature for a wide range of tasks, and numerous departments have found it to be highly advantageous. This tool was easy to use and overall provides really good experience for the team.
We were able to automate a couple of more advanced things like significance reporting on AB-testing, Forecasting models and ML. Delivers terrific value on data visualisation too.
