User friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the data is structured for ease of access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a tool to help make graphs and charts by clicking buttons rather than only writing script to build dashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisence helps with data management and manipulation for our company. We are able to organize business data efficiently.

Amazing interface between your data and dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness of connecting databases and external resources, together with practical and detailed tools to design charts and other widgets
What do you dislike about the product?
Plug-ins are often not maintained well or lack important features, but you can do 99% of things with built-in charts

Sisense helped us to build a SaaS platform for our customers
Great product but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has intelligent data visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data visualization options are somewhat lacking. I think creating additional options for data visualizations would be incredibly useful. Also, recurring reports that are emailed do not have attached CSVs of the report. Rather emailed reports have embedded images that links to the report in the web browser. Having these reports as attached csv directly in the email would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is our main tool for product analytics. It helps under better understand what customers are doing with our product, and helps us answer business questions that drive future development of our software offering.

What do you like best about the product?
Great dahsboards, makes my life in Finance much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow refresh times occasionally. Otherwise no complaints, I don't knwo how to manage or create any dashbaords, so I don't have any technical feedback

It provides me with much of my operational and finance data.
SOOO Much Data
What do you like best about the product?
You can manipulate the data in so many ways to really understand what is going on and the features with everything it can do is amazing. Pulse is great for one-off notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much data and sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get what you want but after playing around you can usually figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is pulling in the data I need to give me the important data in one place and I know its accurate.

Sisense is very user friendly, intuitive, and so much better than previous platforms I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to bookmark dashboard for future use

Clean data and analytics to be able to track one off and recurring products.

It's easy to use as an end user. Intuitive

Bugs and support incompetence. Components fail very easily

Bi platform for our clients
Powerful dashboarding tool but lots of downfalls
What do you like best about the product?
A good amount of features available for data visulization/dashboarding. Most of the time, sisense is able to support the complex data models that exist within my organization. They also have a dedicated team for my company and they meet with us weekly to provide support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of bugs that Sisense sometimes does not have solutions for. For issues that they do have solutions, it requires frequent meetings with Sisense over zoom to follow up for resolution. Granted, this is due to my organization having a somewhat unique setup. I do not recommend Sisense unless your business has a very standard setup.
We also frequently have outages with our dashboards due to Sisense's server being unstable.
Sisense also has a relatively steep learning curve. This is a problem with most BI tools. A lot of ours struggle using Sisense. And the limitions with how Sisense joins data in their elasticube also make things a little clunky.

enabling us to let our customers access/create dashboards using our data without having to install their BI tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a browser based tool, which eliminates the need for any installation for the developers and end users.

Many bugs that the admin team needs to fix.
Slow in resolution of bugs.

Connecting to big data ecosystems directly through Hive quite fast
Sisense, great for prioritizing outreach.
What do you like best about the product?
It enables me to sort SFDC reports based on the likelihood of positive outcomes of my outbound efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
SFDC reporting is largely based on internal infrastructure at your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a rep with a lot of accounts in my name, it makes it easy for me to prioritize my outreach at scale to focus on highest intent accounts.
