What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, even for newbies. The drag-and-drop functionality makes creating dashboards simple, and it integrates well with tools like Salesforce and SQL. The customizable widgets, like BloX, are great for building interactive dashboards that suit different business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it’s slow when working with large datasets, which can be frustrating. Also, using BloX for customization can be tricky at first, and the documentation could be clearer. For advanced setups, you might need help from the support team, which can slow things down
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us combine data from multiple sources, like Salesforce and SQL, into one place. This makes it easier to create dashboards for things like financial reporting and sales tracking. It’s also saved us time by automating reports and improving data accuracy, which helps us make better decisions

New BI Analyst - Easy to Learn Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to learn for admins/creators and easy to use and understand for end-users
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features require learning some proprietary knowledge such as a scripting language, terminology, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is just beginning to leverage BI and Sisense is instrumental to us in reaching our goals.

There was nothing to dislike on this marketing platform and even the features customization process i had no issues.

Faster on feedback gathering.

Good customer service, easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Elasticubes and visuals are easy to build out. The dashboards are easy to use from the user perspective too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have nhad some struggles with connectors, but our customer success manager has been great to help us try to resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling us to analyse and present all our data and share internally and externally. The automation has significantly reduced the time we have to spend on this.
There is room for improvement.

Sisense ability to connect with diverse data sources with ease , is at the moment unrivalled by any other business intelligence tool that I have come across .The aforementioned helps to feed real time data models into our intelligence dashboards , leading to more improved data analysis experience and more realistic visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sisense cube management logic needs to support more languages, and I think Sisense reporting capability does pale in contrast with top substitute business intelligence programs, that I have had experience using. Especially the leading ones.

I have occasionally seen instability in Sisense.
The cost of a Sisense subscription is high.
Font formatting is still missing from Sisense.
It would be nice if Sisense included a function that allows us to inspect the data and implicit tables.

Well-Organized and informative training module!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciated how detailed the training modules are. In addition, the videos are easy to understand and allowed me to follow along and return to in case I need further understanding on deploying Sisense.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful if the modeules included an interaction portion to practice what you learned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense will be used to allow our end users to monitor KPIs and other relevant metrics in a easy, interactive way.
Good product for Data Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
1. It is easy to install and set up. It is also easy to use, and for any issues encountered, the customer service team is readily available to help.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I disliked was the lack of font formatting. We also encountered an error where around 30% of our data was missing from our database. Customer service was eventually able to help us recover the missing data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense allows us to manage our data in the manner in which we want. We have created customizable dashboards for almost every department in the company. For my particular role, I use Sisense every day.
