What do you dislike about the product?
-Visualization from Sisense is weak and requires heavy investigation in plugin alternatives, which don't always retail look when downloading for use in presentations.
-Filter user interface and experience is also weak and non-user friendly, despite feedback our team has given for over 2 years asking for improvements.

Connecting data across multiple projects in our own database that enables automation and extreme time savings.
Visualized executive summary automated reports that allow high level KPI rollup, alongside ability to easily drill down/filter.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with Sisense to integrated it into our CRM web application. It gives us a powerful tool to improve our interactive dashboard by few simple clicks, and also email report will be sent to users on scheduled time.

1. Not much customizable
2. New builds are not stable, getting random failures
3. Error messages are not intuitable
4. Small no of plugins available
5. Ecosystem - mostly answers are not available in public, always depend on support team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to increase the data driven decisions with Sisense. It was difficult to create new reports if we are developing in custom application.It is easy to create insights with Sisense if the data is available.

API documentation sometimes is not very clear.

Dashboarding/Widgets, ability to drill down on dashboards

No UI Customization, so the system looks and feels different than our product

Sisense is helping us sort through and display the data that is collected in our system in a variety of ways. Being able to show "most recent/current" data is critical for how data is captured in our system, and we have worked through a way to display this data in Sisense.

Sisense - A great BI tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have an good exposure on many BI tools. Among all the tools I like the simplicity Sisense provide to the developer\architect. The Sisense Blox and writing Jquery code allows user to customize visualization how they want. The metadata storage on MongoDB is one of the best thing Sisense does. It makes dashboard performance faster and makes data rendering very faster. The Sisense plugins are very helpful in Designing dashboards and showing out of the box functionality in the dashboard. Also, it's easily available in Sisense community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sisense administration is not that easy. Its very complicated and takes lot of time for managing the servers. The cube deployment is quite time consuming from Dev to PROD. Also, the logging methodologies are not that good, if some cube fails it's really hard to find the reason behind it and same goes with Server slowness\ dashboard failure. There is no way to manage user other than Sisense Web. I believe there should be some desktop tool to manage users and admin task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well to answer business questions! But more importantly what benefits its offer to end user is the Simplicity. The look and feel is very simple to the end user who don't need any technical background.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to solve your end to end reporting and analytics problem, i would highly recommend to use the Sisense. It can solve your problem very easily and intuitively.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense helps build customize experience for our clients, where they can interact easily with data and get the desired results. Best part of Sisense its ElastiCube, we can copy our data to Sisense environment and data security and encapsulation is managed directly by Sisense with limited configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Sisense is useful tool for extracting required business operations however free plugins set available in library is bit unstable (thats my observation), we used 1-2 connectors like JQL and aggregate table, performance was slow and sometime it broke screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted our clients to provide interactive dashboards, configurable reports and high level of data filtering, sorting options with all possible slice and dice options.

Sisense provides rich set of features do discuss with consultant about all features.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the concept an elasticube and the smooth functionality of drag and drop nature of the widgets. Some of the baked-in functions such as pulses, regression forecasting and predictive insights are very helpful and bring reporting to life. Each of our Business heads are very happy the way we publish the dashboard and it's look and feel
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that customization of widgets is a little bit difficult though sisense team provides their great support every time to make things simpler for us. Customization should be more easy and involves less programing. Also a detailed and comprehensive document on how to format widgets, use Sisense approved add-on plug-ins, as well as for troubleshooting issues within the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is basically our prime BI face to the business leaders. We develop lots of reports and dashboards to get valuable insights about unknown scenarios of our business. Over the period of time sisense becomes our first and the only choice to do the analytics in a faster and fashionable way.
