some formulas are hard coded and we cannot add new formulas.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is amazing from my rep Jan down to the help desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up the oddball connectors becomes an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of messy data like many tech companies. Sisense has given us a way to get the truth out of data. Once I was able to get buy-in from everyone in the company we finally have a single point of truth rather than pulling a report from this system or that and hoping they match up.

What do you like best about the product?
The all in on integration.
I believe that sisense is a full BI platform that offers almost all functionalities that we need
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is some blank space between the support area and the consultants.The tickets are free and the consultant are extremely high price/h.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use as a BI platform. We create dashboards to the seller team better visualize the client data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hi, I belive Sisense could offer some kind of DataLake to easily access the tables.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense can do a lot of complex data visualization with little/no experience compared to other BIs. There is no special language or hard data theory to learn to get going. I believe anyone with light training can create a powerful dashboard or widget no matter their technical experience. For a front end user, Sisense is customizable to blend/look exactly like your product which enhances the experience of the user across all touch points - sales, customer service, business reviews, finance, and of course the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sisense does not handle object orientated or large data sets easily without a warehouse to source from. If a strong warehouse or flat version of data exists, it will be no problem to connect and get going, but if a customer is trying to circumvent ETL, warehousing and data storage practices - Sisense will not work easily and create lots of headaches/support calls and failed data builds to even get data into Sisense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is helping us to visualize data that we have never analyzed and get valuable data in front of clients fast without months of ui development. We have been able to customize Sisense to look like our product so we can quickly plug in valuable data and iterate on it quickly. The benefits of getting dat into Sisense has made it so that I can easily include users from all over the business to use!

What do you like best about the product?
The visualization of our data in helpful graphs that can be generated from SQL scrips called from our stored data is great for managing trends within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it takes a long time for the dashboards to refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our companys imporatnt data is helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is great if you know SQL and work well within the SQL language. I personal am not making our dashboards yet, but loving the ones that our team has made, and generating super helpful BI info.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use by providing guides on how to create dashboards and connect data from different sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors happening randomly after an elasticube build. They do not offer real-time technical support which is vital for critical issues that need resolutions immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operational performance and Identifying business metrics. With the data that we have, we are able to make strategic decisions to improve key areas that support our business growth.

Great BI tool that is easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sisense to visualize data across a wide range of clients and sectors. From nonprofits to government to for profit we can rapidly deploy and display dynamic infomration that enables each organization to be a data driven organization in near real time.

The user interface and the diverse capabilities make it easy for us to deploy a high end product without need a deep team of technical experts. The platform is easily embedded in our platform for a seamless end-to-end solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on our use case the cost of viewer license is cost prohibitive for our nonprofit clients. However, Sisense and our account rep has been very helpful in trying to find a balance to serve the nonprofit community.

Additionally, some of the third party data connectors have led to some limitations on our data analysis. I don't attribute this to Sisense, but I would be helpful to have more robust direct data connectors to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense provides great data visualization across multiple data sources and companies. It is easy to deploy and maintain. We can go from unstructured data to robust business intelligence in a matter of minutes not months.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare with other platforms for your specific needs. Sisense is a great platform that offers robust capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
My users appreciate the ease of use and being able to produce useful analytics with very learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many product enhancements being released it is difficult to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is helping solve KPI/KRI gaps among individual teams and business leaders gain insightful analysis of their data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask yourself, would it be more beneficial for my users to create what they need themselves, or should I go with another vendor who do not innovate as fast, and require large levels of time and money to get off the ground.
