Dashboard multiple datasets
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sisense to create looks that need to sit atop multiple datasets from diverse sources. There is a robust community sharing best practices.

Customization can be tricky but is always improving

Turnkey solution for nontechnical strategic dashboard builders
What do you like best about the product?
Barriers for nontechnical people are low, and the widgets have a high-end, unique look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited functionality with building complex charts (e.g. can't easily do 3 indexes on bar charts)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the front end of dashboards and the ability to drill into data. Putting together charts on the dashboards is done seamlessly. I like how they continue to upgrade and add features to their product. They truly care about your success in the platform and are flexible to help you succeed. Administrative and permission settings is very unique in a way you can restrict peoples permissions down the the table value level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing for our team was learning and continue to learn how to build the "cubes" of data and do correct joins. Betweening knowing how to setup dimension and fact tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has reduced a lot of report requests to our IT team and empowered data analysts within departments to answer their own questions without having to reach out to IT.

Sisense is an intuitive platform that has provided layers of business intelligence through its robust capabilities. From visualization, to data insights, to technical support, their organization has helped us leverage our internal data to improve performance across a number of operational fronts.

We had some difficulty getting past authentication for external data sources.

Sisense has helped us improve our data organization, provided us with a visual platform to view aggregate trends, and simplified our reporting.
Great tool for Quick Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Users are easily able to create reports that are meaningful without a lot of involvement from a technical resource, this saves lots of time for the technical team

Native connectors to data sources like MongoDB would greatly speed development

The CENTRL platform has lots of data for privacy and Third Party Risk Management. Sisense helps enable rich reporting and business intelligence into the data.

Only the owner of a dashboard can publish edits

It is simple to use and yet very robust in its features. The customer support is excellent.

It's ability to handle our databases' structure to ensure no duplicity factors are introduced when querying. Makes it very simple for designers to create the analytics they need.

Support time could be faster and more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support for Sisense has been nothing short of amazing. We operate with a small dedicated team but really have the potential to implement any changes swiftly and accurately thanks to the Sisense support team.

Some learning curve when first learning the software; however this is the case with any BI solution and Sisense is easier than most
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it across all departments as our only BI solution designed to integrate with all data sets. Marketing, sales, social, revenue, financial and loyalty all connect and the insights we have gathered changed how we conduct our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a BI solution with some of the most versitale ability and have a support structure then Sisense is the only game in town. They truly stand by the product and are one of the rare companies with relationship development as a primary objective. I have zero doubt that if I get a new Ad Hoc request dashboard that I can complete the request easily no matter the scenario as Sisense support is on my team.
Fast and constant data visualization.
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is excellent, I like its wide-ranging ability in the development of new features of its own functions. Also, I can customize the program to my liking using the web-based Java scripts. Sisense is not a program that leaves users with doubts or concerns, which is why I consider that it contains very attentive support and with constant improvements. On the other hand, I can combine data from different sources with the purpose of thoroughly analyzing and reaching important conclusions.
What do you dislike about the product?
No doubt it should improve in the speed of the cubes, since the moment the data begins to grow the program in general gets very slow. Another aspect is that demography and population density can be improved on maps as they look somewhat outdated. I would like the list reports to be much more advanced, since they are very basic to my liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program is implemented in the company with the objective of discovering new business ideas of choice, since we have many users who are looking for data on their own. In addition, it is important to say that we are building all the reports of our digital marketing department as Sisense panels. Its modifications and updates please the work environment and it is something we appreciate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this program 100%, I would not hesitate to pay more than the bill to acquire it. The functions adapt to any company and the cost too, is definitely ideal for those who need to store data with historical in real time.
Great BI Tool to integrate all your data sources
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and very intuitive. Combining data and building visualizations with Sisense is a straightforward process. It also has a great support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything that I dislike.

We use Sisense to access and combine data from multiple data sources and create dashboards and reports for our stake holders. We also use it to integrate different applications and automate the data flow.
