Big Data Course Project
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the python packages I needed were already installed so I could begin working right out after spinning up the cluster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to share my project than by using github.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am training some models on the HAQM dataset to build a recommendation system for a class project.

Saturn Clous saved my research
What do you like best about the product?
The capacity it gives me to run complicated codes without the need to change computer. As I am a student, I don't earn enough money to buy myself a computer that is as powerful as I wanted. For my thesis, I had to run very complicated codes. SC helped me to save this cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited amount of hours it gives. As I was doing a research project, I had to do a lot of tries to make sure my results were correct. That demanded that I had to put pressure in my schedule to use the free hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saturn Cloud provides me with a large capacity of RAM to try my codes. As I am doing research, the hours i spend running my estimations take time and i value that SC gives me free hours.

What do you like best about the product?
The Saturn Cloud resources support SSH, so you can connect via PyCharm, VSCode, a terminal or any other IDE you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 30 hours compute limitation, no matter if you choose CPU or GPU. I think this limitation should only be applied to GPU.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using custom images and allowing for remote access to compute resources is just easier with respect to other platforms.
saturn has better free features.

you have 30 hrs per month as your free plan thats a bit low.
vscode could have been better option for editing the code because has better style and intellisense.

free features that are better than other platforms ... migh consider upgrade the free plan

What do you like best about the product?
The initial 30 hour free is the most important feature. It enables users like me to test a real project and familarize with the system. This is vastly superior to competition who dont provide this 30 free hours every month

i really can't think of a downside. Every feature has been great. It will be great if we can link to google drive

i am using it for complex data wrangling followed my machine learning. i was able to easily use R for a lot of pharma data manipulation. It was very easy and straightforward
Alternative place if your local crashes all the time
What do you like best about the product?
It provides you with exact same interface as if you were to run code in your local environment, except it gives you an option to run on GPU which is a lot faster!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to set up the environment and all the data needs to be uploaded to Saturn before we can run (it cannot be linked to our drives which I understand it could be a secruity reason) but itd be nice if the set up time can be shortened
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the dataset is way too large to run locally Saturn is a great alternative place for Data Scientist like myself to go to for experiment ground. It will not crash as easily as your local drive
A easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
I do data analysis and develop machine learning models. Saturn Cloud has become my go-to option. It provides a nice and well powered platform for runnning ML models with great hardware support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have two complaints:
1: Documentation, sometime feeling there should be more documention for the platform
2: loading time, if it can be reduced it. Hope it becomes shorted in future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using the platform for runing traning models and doing some testing, where the data volume is very large, and it has been very helpfull with the amount of memory and storage being provided by the saturn clound evern under the free subscription model.
Amazing prices and service
What do you like best about the product?
After comparing prices, I found that Saturn Cloud had the best prices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if local payment options and server regions were available.

Cheap and powerful CPU and RAM.

Intuitive and lots of applications to use while doing machine learning.

No aspect to refer in this matter, im really enjoying the experience

Maintaining my files and configs inside the provided hardware saves a lot of time, it makes my life much more productive.
Smooth riding
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was superb. Real easy to get going. Add to that some quite affordable pricing and nice bonuses. Out of several companies offering Cloud/AI services, these guys really seem to have nailed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too early to say. Nothing bad so far.

Access to solid hardware in an environment tailor-made for this kind of stuff.
