Complexity in Learning Curve, licensing and implementation costs associated with Automation Anywhere can be high and Maintenance of automated processes and scaling them as the business grows can be challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that AA keeps everything in a central location with the A360 version in the cloud. I like that we can access our control room from any internet connected device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike their support model and updates they push to the software. Updates to packages often break existing bots that then requires rework to various steps in the bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA helps us by processing many repetitive tasks and thus saving money for our organization. The bots can perform tasks at a much quicker and more accurate rate thus priovding us with better efficiencies for our members.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this RPA tool for the last 5+ years. This is the best tool in the market with which we can able to automate every part of our day-to-day activities. We in our company we automated max all types of applications both on desktop and web.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sudden changes from v11 to A2019 are the of the disliked things that happened. Actually, before this version we are habituated to the tool UI and everything. IQ bot enhancements and sudden patches might cause the rework of training the same old Instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we used work fusion before started working on AA. The development time taken to complete the bot building was less. Even the testing team can able to understand the build logic and all.

Very user-friendly interface. It supports various applications. Customer support is quick to respond. Without any technical knowledge, I would be able to work it very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beginners maybe find it complex to use but after some learning, you can work well. Sometimes application works very slowly. It affects productivity. Initial setup is bit complex to understand

We have integrated the Automation Anywhere - RPA with Oracle JD Edwards. It improved our accuracy of the work, also the productivity.

Simple, Intuitive and Powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
Thw UI is simple and provides powerful connectivity to almost all basic systems. It is quick to learn, develop and deploy the automation. The pricing is relatively cheaper and flexible compared to other platforms. Provides scripting support to simple and popular languages(VBScript, Python and JS) out of the box, that supplements its capability and makes it much powerful to use. The task based bots are flexible to build, share and reuse with great modularity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks advanced AI models for entity extraction from documents. It also has minimal connectivity to native Microsoft suit of applications where many organisations host enterprise data and collaboration tools. The error handling is a bit vague and feels difficult while debugging the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in automating repeated manual processes that consumes time and FTE effort. It also helps in reducing the SLA for some of the business processes thus improving the customer experience and increasing the team's throughput. We personally improved the processes in Tax and Procurement functions in our organisation that improved the risk management and compliance.

We can able to integrate Automation Anywhere with various data sources and systems, such as databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and web services, to retrieve and update information as needed especially in ERP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere can be costly to implement and maintain. Which having licensing fees, training costs, infrastructure expenses, and ongoing support can add up, especially for large-scale deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our current ERP system by using Automation Anywhere software we are able to automate manual processes which are time-consuming mainly Finance balance matching processes.

What do you like best about the product?
In total, I am having 5+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere. Started my journey from version 8 to A360. AA is a Super Flexible tool, even a non-technical person can able to work on it. with this RPA tool, I worked in all types of environments like Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, and Service based Companies. With this tool, I automated citrix,web-based, Desktop based applications. The best part of this tool is Document Data Extraction, Bot insights, and AARI(Co-Pilot).

There are several advantages to this tool where the dislikes are minimal,
