Powerful, Scalable, and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Having developed both in traditional languages and in all RPA platforms, I appreciate how Automation Anywhere offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface. For both seasoned and citizen developers, this makes barrier to entry and the time needed to get up to speed building automations much less than I have seen on other platforms. Additionally, the sheer volume of features, from AI to Document Automation to integration with dozens of top-tier systems, makes Automation Anywhere an indispensable tool to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when getting technical support is difficult, but this is not uncommon in the industry when dealing with complex issues. I struggle sometimes with the need to walk through the same basic steps with Tier 1 Support multiple times before I can get an issue escalated and dig further into matters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly create automation processes for our business units allows them to focus on more value-add tasks rather than the mundane. Also the ability to help business units find those tasks and processes that are ripe for automation, to cure the "we don't know what we don't know" dilemma, has provided ongoing value to the teams.

RPA - A true breakthrough in programming business processes that seemed impossible.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere makes it easy to create automations for both the beginner and the seasoned Automator. Its versatility is tremendous with both built in modules and functions plus the ability to add custom Python or Scripting to accomplish the task at hand.
Furthermore, the recorder feature makes integration with 3rd party applications its most powerful feature. The ability to duplicate user mouse actions, copy and paste data, and also efficiently loop thru html screens is a winner.
I especially like the ability to capture multiple points on the screen in addition to recording or re-recording a single action this truly makes implementation quick and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
although the Automation Anywhere customer support is top notch and very responsive. the need to improve the time to repair for bugs and new features is very evident. My expectation is that if a get function is provided it should always be paired with a set function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using RPA in as many situations as possible. We have automations that produce 100s of automated ours / month and others that are much smaller running daily and saving 1 hour or less to produce a report. The biggest intangible benefit is data accuracy. Our users now trust the Bot results with great confidence.

What I love most about Automation Anywhere is how its intuitive interface makes bot-building a breeze, even for someone without a hardcore technical background. The AI-powered features have truly transformed the way I manage repetitive tasks, saving me countless hours. Its scalability has been a game-changer for deploying solutions across teams, and the supportive Pathfinder community has always been there to help with technical queries, insights and tips whenever I needed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Automation Anywhere is a fantastic platform, I’ve encountered occasional challenges with debugging complex bots, which can sometimes be time-consuming. Additionally, certain advanced features might feel overwhelming initially and require a bit of a learning curve. However, with time and support from the Pathfinder community, these issues become manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is helping me and my customers tackle repetitive and time-consuming tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and process monitoring, with incredible efficiency. By automating these workflows, we’ve been able to save significant time and focus on more strategic tasks that drive business growth. Its AI-powered features, like intelligent document processing (IDP), have streamlined data handling, reducing errors and improving accuracy. Overall, it has enhanced productivity, ensured consistency in processes, and provided scalability to meet dynamic business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Automation Anywhere is that they provide a lot of very useful and easy to use "out of the box" action to implement in your automation flows to tackle real world business challenges. Automation Anywher comes with a variety of actions/tools like (APIs or Sharepoint) to integrate almost everything in your solutions. The WLM Workload Management feature will let you spread time critical tasks to a pool of bot runners to handle these transaction much quicker. But for me very special is the effort put into the courses, learning trails, delta trainings, #BotGames and the skill boosters which will create a enjoyable and interresting learning experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have problems finding the right content on the website. Especially in the AA University.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Automation Anywhere at Ricoh to automate a lot of processes in different departments like HR, Annuity & Services, Supply Chain etc. .
With all of our processes already deployed we save time for the business users to take care of the tasks which need human decisions. RPA helps us to handle customer queries much quicker then before.

Bots using AA
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn the tool even for people with no programming/coding experience. It is a drag-and-drop interface. Speaking specifically about AA360, it is supported on both Windows and Linux systems and the bots can be controlled from anywhere. There are more actions available in AA360 compared to AA v11.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations in the complexity of the logic that can be built using AA. Transitioning from Automation Anywhere v11 to AA360 is a challenge and there is a lot of the bot that would have to be reworked. Some actions in the Image recognition package need not capture the data accurately the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can easily learn the tool and make bots for a wide range of processes. These processes can be scheduled in the control room and monitored easily. It significantly reduces the time taken to do tasks manually.

What do you like best about the product?
The most used tool for daily business task automation which saved time and effort of a human. Automation anywhere offers the best integration with different applications to automate business process. The ease of use of the automation anywhere tool makes developers to work with tool more comfortably.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface design of the tool could have been more better and it would be better if it offers flexibility in connecting to other applications frequent updates required in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere had limited Ai and ML capabilities and now this is being solved, lack of support from the community team and automation anywhere team is working on this aspect also.

Few new features are not available for community users....
So new developers are not able to do hands-on on those features...

What do you like best about the product?
Based on my experience and knowledge of RPA using Automation Anywhere, I believe that it will significantly impact the future of technology. Its user-friendly UI, low code environment, and seamless integration with other software and inbuilt packages like OCR are attracting new developers to this technology. Additionally, the integration of AI has made RPA more efficient and effective for various applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
When copying a command from one subtask to another, if the package version changes, we need to update the package version manually in the subtask where the command is being used. Sometimes, the bot runs well in attended mode but crashes when switched to unattended mode initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Business problems that Automation Anywhere is solving involve the creation of bots for both small and large workflows. These bots can be deployed simultaneously, increasing initial productivity by 50% and decreasing the workforce required for rerunning processes by 70%. Additionally, scheduling different bots on different machines results in significant time savings. The use of RPA in finance, medical fields, and IT benefits users and businesses, as it eliminates the need for daily manual work. Instead, minor variables in the bot can be adjusted, and the bot can be rerun as needed.
