Enhanced solution for attended, unattended and intelligent automation on Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
AutomationAnywhere provides a great combination of RPA with cognitive automation and Embedded Analytics. Starting from bot creator, Automation anywhere provides over 550 different commands to work with applications from groups like Active Directory, Citrix, Database to OCR, SNMP, and PGP encryption.
Automation Anywhere also provides good control over different bot runner resources and enterprise security through Control Room. The control room's functionality is not only limited to scheduling bots and managing common resources, but it can also be further used for balancing workload and automation life cycle management.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a clear dislike but emerging functionalities create multiple issues for developers. I have seen an issue with meta-bot, a crash of meta bot used to clear even developed code from the workspace. This issue got resolved later by the AA Support team quickly.
though IQ bot is an outstanding feature of Automation Anywhere, training even for a minor change in the scanned image makes support engineer's life miserable. They end up uploading n number of variations of the same template for IQBot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As per the definition of RPA, I used AA to automate multiple monotonous processes from different industries. Increased accuracy, better customer satisfaction, increased brand value and faster ROI are the benefits achieved by our clients.
I have used AA for the vendor compliance process. Here we validated vendors on multiple criteria.
Managed shipping company's notifications using MetaBots on Oracle forms-based application. Meta bots were also used for other SLA driven process automation on web-based applications.
FTE was not the only factor in most of the processes. Accuracy was an important criterion for the vendor compliance process and reduced Turn Around Time was the key benefit for the Shipping company.
Both the targets were like a bull's eyes hit for both the clients.

AA is moving towards RPA on cloud implementation. This infra will be perfectly useful for on-demand usage of automation to manage process automation with variable volume.

I appreciate the speed at which innovation seems to take place with the Automation Anywhere product. They are constantly providing new capabilities that are relevant to my business.

I would like more flexible licensing options as well as an easier way to managed licenses as a pool.

I believe the Product the company is selling, their technical knowledge for the product, the drive that they showcase to increase and enhance the product and the after sale services that really help strengthen the bond with a new and existing customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
More training materials both video and audio should be made available and accessible.

Currently we are implementing Automation anywhere in all areas of business. This is basically helping us in increasing business process improvement and also increase efficiency & effectiveness.
User friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing a bot is quite simple. Starting the bot is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling options do not meet our requirements. We have daily roblems with the credential vault, which can only be solved by logging on to controlroom as an administrator.

We collect data from email attachments or Excel sheets on file folders. The data is processes in mainframe applications.
Very Good and Powerful Intelligent Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendlyness of Automation Anywhere is the best in the market. It the only tool that can build the automation in super fast way and is very stable. There have a lot of function which you can automated all the application in the marketing without any customization. The support provided by automation anywhere team is incredible where they are available 24/7 and even with forum where all the developer and come together to brain storm the idea. With the bot store feature which newly launch, it help even more in development which existing code can be download from the bot store to ease the development. The control room design in v11 with load management really help to maximise the usage of machine resources and the whole architecture is really toward enterprise level compare with others tool in market which only target at desktop or user lelvel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The image recognition function may need to add in additional function to work in different screen resolution. The tool current available in English but hopefully it will be available in Chinese, Japanese and Spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Automation Anywhere to build RPA in shared service center and the FTE cost saving is the biggest benefit we get. We have use this tool to automate a lot of process include order entry, invoice and po processing. with the latest IQbot technology, it help even more in business processing to automate the process involve unstructed data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is really an Enteripse grade product. Dont looking for cheaper product if you want to strike for better future.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is simple to use with drag and drop of the command buttons; security features that allow to segregate diff roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no queue concept in the application to feed the robot with cases and we have to look for other options like excel or database which increase risk of failure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cut/copy paste that are repetitive and mundane jobs which are not interesting for humans to work on. efficiency gains, employee satisfaction and increase productivity

Not all latest web technologies are fully supported, making us scale back to keystroke controls

Lengthy and exhaustive manual labor in month end period close and audit kind of activities helped save non value added manual labor

Validate that the primary ERP / application where the most cost saving is likely to occur can be fully driven by Automation anywhere BOTs
A product that works and a very responsive team

We have deployed automations with minimum effort. The product does what is advertised well and is very stable with no outages to report. The AA team has been engaged and responsive throughout, both in terms of problem-solving and to help us mature the platform

The upgrade to v11 could have been easier

Reducing manual tasks in various operations teams, which reduces OPEX and allows staff to focus on more productive tasks

Choose what to automate wisely. In some cases system integrations may be more appropriate. Also poorly designed processes may limit the benefits of automation.

Should be able to declare global Variables for a given process

Tool is user friendly, provides lot of OOB features, good product roadmap to cater to the required features in the industry. Excellent customer support

The AA Client is not adaptable to all Windows OS versions like Win 7 or Win 10. The product can be more friendlier towards the OS extension.
